Insurance Benefits 2018-2019

Eligibility Requirements

Full time employees working 40 hours per week (Medical, Dental, Life)
Student Transporters working 28 hours per week (Medical, Life)
All other employees working 30 hours but less than 40 per week (Medical)

MEDICAL PLANS
ELIGIBILITY:  Full time employees (medical, dental, life), Student Transporters (medical, life), all other employees working 30​ hours but less than 40 hours ​per week (medical only)
 
COPAY GOLD BANNER PLAN - "Pay to Stay” plan
Rates increased 9.8%
Employee pays portion of plan. 
Employee pays $672/year, District funds $6,804/year towards remaining cost of employee premium. 
Current Copay Gold Plan members only are eligible for this plan.
 
CLASSIC GOLD BANNER PLAN - Employee 100% paid by District
Rates increased 9.9%
 
HDHP $1350 BANNER PLAN - Employee 100% paid by District
Rates increased 9.8%
The District will make a $1,378.80 contribution to the employee's HSA ($114.90 contribution made at end of each covered month).

DENTAL INSURANCE PLAN  - DELTA DENTAL - Employee 100% paid by District. 
ELIGIBILITY:  Full time employees working 40 hours per week
Rates did not increase.

VISION INSURANCE PLAN - VSP
ELIGIBILITY:  All employees
Rates increased 5%
Four tiers are offered for Vision Insurance
Premiums are paid 100% by employee.
