Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q:  How long does it take to approve my agreement?

A:  The time varies, but please allow at least 2 weeks to process and approve the agreement.

 

Q:  How much are the fees?

A:  The fees depend on what room is being used and if the participants are adults or youth. Please see the fee schedule on page 3 of the handbook.

 

Q:  If the start time on our agreement is 6:00pm, what time will the doors be unlocked?

A:  The custodian will unlock the door just prior to the scheduled time.

 

Q:  We need to cancel our meeting, how much notice do I have to provide?

A:  A 24-hour notice is mandatory for all cancellations. There is an additional cancellation charge; however the original fees apply if 24 hour notice is not provided prior to the start time listed on the agreement. Notice must be given to the facilities coordinator by email along with an amendment form at facilities@lesd.k12.az.us. There will be NO REFUNDS issued for field cancellations.

 

Q:  What are the insurance requirements?

A:  All applicants must provide a Certificate of Insurance in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 prior to the use of the facility. Litchfield Elementary School District 79 must be listed on the Certificate as an additional insured.

 

Q:  What is the unlock/lock fee for?

A:  An unlock/lock fee applies when the event is beyond the normal school day such as weekends, school breaks, or holidays when a custodian is required to work in order to unlock and lock up.

 

Q:  I need to reschedule our meeting date, what should I do?

A:  Please fill out a change form with the new dates/times and fax or email to the Facilities Coordinator. A $10.00 change fee will be added to the invoice along with any other charges due to the change request.

 

 

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize the Litchfield Elementary School District (LESD) either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction.
