As the end of the school year approaches, our Food Service Department has two important reminders for parents:
Sufficient Money in Student Accounts
Please make sure your child has enough money in their meal account to finish out the school year!
Beginning April 16, 2018 students without a positive meal account balance will be given an alternative meal.
You can make payments online at myschoolbucks.com or at the school cafeteria in the morning. If you send in money or a check with your child please make sure you send it in an envelope with the child’s name and ID number printed on it, your child can then give it to their teacher or the cashier in the Cafeteria.
Lunch Money Refund requests
Attention Parents! If your child is graduating this year, we can transfer any funds on lunch accounts to a younger sibling’s account; just email firstname.lastname@example.org
If you prefer a refund, please read the following procedure:
LUNCH MONEY REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE
To request a refund on a student lunch account please send a letter to the cafeteria, or you can email email@example.com with the following information:
-Reason for refund
-Student’s Name and ID number
-Name of person receiving refund with mailing address and phone number
