| | . Fundraising Throughout the Year Litchfield Elementary participates in several consumer fund-raising programs. The most active campaigns we regularly participate in are the Box Tops for Education program and Campbell’s Labels for Education. The labels are collected in the classroom and submitted to our sponsors. LES receives cash or points for credit to use at our own discretion. Several stores such as Target, Fry's and Safeway offer a percentage of their proceeds to LES when we use our store cards to purchase products. For more information on any of the programs or how you can help with the label coordination, contact Lynett James at lynettand3@gmail.com. Here are some more details on the different programs:
Jamba Juice often sells smoothies after school for $3.00 and a portion of the proceeds will be given to our school. Check the calendar link on the left for a schedule of days Jamba Juice will be on campus. Box Tops for Education Look for the Box Tops for Education labels on all sorts of grocery products ranging from General Mills cereals, Pillsbury, Betty Crocker, Hamburger Helper, Yoplait, Huggies, Ziploc, Cottonelle and Kleenex products. Cut or tear the label from the box (be sure the expiration date is readable) and send it in to your child’s teacher in an envelope or bag and remember to label the bag with the teacher's name. There will be a reward party each month for the class with the most! It’s as easy as that. For more information on the program and a complete list of participating items please visit their website. Campbell’s Labels for Education Look for the Labels for Education Logo and the UPC bar code on Campbell’s , Swanson, and Pepperidge Farm products, clip them out (being sure to leave the UPC bar code in tact) and send them in to the school. You can also save and send the lids to V8 products and Prego spaghetti sauce. Again send the labels into your child’s homeroom teacher in an envelope or bag labeled with the teacher's name.Remember, the class with the highest collection will get a reward party. For more information on the program and a complete list of participating items please visit their website. Escrip This is a fantastic resource for fundraising where participating business partners contribute a percentage of your grocery loyalty cards, credit cards, and debit/ATM card purchases to our school. Once enrolled, a percentage of your qualifying purchases are credited to the school every time you shop. Participating merchants are too numerous to mention here. Visit the escrip.com website and sign up with all your favorites. It’s fast and easy! | | | |
