Fitness Club will be a club that helps students understand the importance of physical activity as well as promoting teamwork, good sportsmanship, and a positive mental attitude! The Fitness Club is open to all 4th-8th grade students regardless of their fitness level.


Different Games will be incorporated each week, such as: kick ball, ultimate frisbee, soccer, capture the flag, etc.  During game play, we will cover these elements of fitness: cardio/respiratory endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, speed, coordination, agility, and balance.
